Now, after this journal, you might have a completely different view of me than the one you have now after just seeing my drawings and reading my fanfiction. That's how I always feel after one of my watched artists post a journal. It's more personal and it kind of gives you the "fresh from the desk of the creator" type of feel.

Anyway, my first journal:

I started on dA with just a few crappy scans of my sketchbook. From there, I managed a few crappy scans of some crappy fan art, an OC picture, and that was about it. I got maybe 5 views in the whole first month or two.

Then, I saw that there were many pieces of fanfiction on dA and I was like, hey! I write fanfiction ALL the time. Sometimes I don't even bother to type it out, because it happens in my head so fast and so naturally. Anywho, I posted the first chapter of A Change of Pace and got instant views and comments and faves.

I won't pretend I wasn't surprised, it kind of blew me away. I was inspired, however, and so I uploaded the rest of the story [that I had written so far] and then a whole new one, The Biggest Secret.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I was shocked with such a good response to my writing. I thank every single one of you who take the time to comment and fave my writing, and watch me. From here on out, please feel free to message me, note me, or comment me with suggestions or requests for fanfictions. I'd love to give back even an ounce of the inspiration you've given me in just one day.
